New Exchange 2013 Install - Single Server testexchangeconnectivty.com reports no issues for Autodiscover, RPC over HTTP, or EWS Outlook 2010 All clients are external non domain joined Client are hanging on Downoading the Address book. No errors anywhere I can find. Any and all tests report no issues. If they choose Work Offline they can see the users in the Address List The only issue seems to be the message that says Offline address book Connecting to Microsft Exchange that never finishes. Any thoughts?

I'd suggest you run Test EMail AutoConfiguration and then test the OAB url from the client computer; Besides, 1. check the permission settings on /oab virtual directories, see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg247612(v=exchg.150).aspx 2. check sync folder in Outlook and IIS log in CAS server to see if there is any error.
