Offline Address Book download failing
My Offline Address Book downloads are hanging and my OAB URL has a GUID on the end of it when I Test Email Autoconfiguration:
<OABUrl>http://MyCASServer.MyDomain.lan/OAB/248c93a5-0400-463e-9380-81e7baa8d961/</OABUrl>
How can this be fixed?
Thank you...

That's normal. Not the "hanging" but the GUID in the URL.

Any event log errors? I was about to say it may be certificate related till I saw that you still have the URL set to http, not https which is fine and is the default due to the self-signed certificate not supporting BITS which is what the OAB uses.
If you still have this issue and don't see anything in the event logs, try turning up Diagnostic Logging for the OAB and try running a BPA.MVP | MCSE:M | MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator | MCTS: OCS + Voice Specialization |

Is this connect to autodiscover?

Ya, I believe it's related to your other thread where Autodiscover is not working.MVP | MCSE:M | MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator | MCTS: OCS + Voice Specialization |
