How are you performing offline defragmentation? On local Exchange server or on another server/workstation? i am using non exchange server which is windows 2003 SP2 server and i did excactly what you mention above but no lucki tried two non exchange server but still same error i am getting

No, but out of 4 DB one is successfuly finished on that non exchange server without any errorhow to configure language locale setting on non exchange server and how to find language locale setting on exchange 2003 server to match it
