Hi

We are using an Exchange 2013 server CU8.

Adding new people to the Adress Book works, but modifing them (like changing Company or delete the user) doesn't reflect in address book.

Outlook client hang downloading Offline Address Book. It seems it'll never end. No error, no success

Hi 

First run Get-offlineaddressbook |fl and see if the default offline address book assigned has virtual directories linked with them and is set to true

Check arbitration mailbox status
Get-Mailbox Arbitration | where-Object {$_.PersistedCapabilities Like *OabGen*} | FL Name,Persisted*

Please check the OAB generator cycle check point also . You can refer few more steps
