OneNote 2013 working with slow broadband?

I am trying to use Multiple Notebooks in One Note 2013, but the notebooks are so large and have photos in them that the office broadband is so slow that OneNote cant load them. Sometimes it loads but sometimes it doesn't, every time it maxes out the connection.

Is there any way to make OneNote work Online only?  All my Notebooks are in my OneDrive.

Hi,

OneNote creates a local copy of each notebook for offline editing in the Local Settings folder. All changes in OneNote is actually done in the local cache file rather than the actual data file, and then those changes are merged to the cloud when a connection is available in the background.

The local cache files are used to improve performance, reliability and sharing, and I haven't found a way to prevent OneNote to cache to local. I'd recommend you spend some time caching the notebooks to local in order to improve performance, reliability and sharing.
