OneNote doesn't log in or sync

Have YOGA 3 with Windows 8.1, using ONENOTE 2013 for tablet and OneNote 2010 for desktop.

Until a month ago both sync with no problem.

Now the desktop version doesn't sync.

When I try to sync or to open my notes (File-Share- Windows Live Sign in)  on the ONENOTE 2010 a dialog box appears "Insert username and Password", after inserting my user name and password the system process it for bout 1 minute and then the  dialog box "Insert Username and Password" appears once again.

The tablet version has no problem to sync.

Hi,

Is there any problem if we try logging in OneDrive?

Does this issue happen to all notebooks or just a certain one?

Please also try clearing the credential cache from Credential Manager and then test the issue again:

1. Open Credential Manager in Control Panel.

2. Click the Live ID credential that you want to remove, and then click Remove from vault.

3. Re-open OneNote and sign in again.

Please let me know if this works.

Thanks. But I tried it already, also I removed Onenote 2010 and reinstalled it but nothing has changed.

At the same time I have on the same PC Onenote 2013 for tablet, and it works. (I want to use the desktop version because the tablet version lacks many features the desktop version has).
