One user can send but not receive emails.
I'm using Exchange 2003 and I created a user to receive emails for our organization (like a general info email that we put up on our website). The user profile was copied from an existing user who can send and receive emails. The new user I created cannot receive emails from both inside the network or outside the network, as soon as I send an email to the new user a NDR is generated saying: "The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination email system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again, or contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email system of the recipient. <domain.com #5.1.2>" I have deleted and recreated this account several times, but the same result happens each time. Why can't this user receive emails when everyone else can? Thanks. UPDATE: I tired to create another user (with a different name) but the same problem happens

1. check if the user has been properly stamped with SMTP address.2. Can you do check name when configuring OL.3. Can you see the user in GAL.4. Create a new user , in some different OU and check if you can send and recieve emails.5. Try creating the mail box in some other store. How about a new user (not copying the user from some other user.)Raj
