Hi, I have enabled online archive for some mail users and try to find a way to archive their all the items (Inbox, deleted items, sent items and ect) like normal archiving but some article mentioned it is not possible to move inbox and other items to online archive since those are default items, Any thought of achieve my requirment, Dilshan

Hi, Assume i have requirment to create a Retential policy to Move the Inbox with all sub folders, Drafts, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Outbox adn ect to Online archive. Can i acheive it using Tag Type : All Other Folders in the mailbox. Because it does not allow to create relention tag to move default folders to archive.
