Hi, I wonder if it is possible to use Microsoft Exchange 2010 Online Archive feature with local pst? Once I enabled user's online archive feature in Exchange 2010, local archive option is greyed out in user's outlook 2010. Is it possible to use both of them? or user can decide where to archive? between local or online? I know, this is not the best practice, but user has 20 GB mailbox and company policy only allows 5 GB archiving and he doesn't want to loose rest. Thank you.

Ok, then user has to choose from online archive or local pst. There is no way to use both due to the design of Archiving in exchange. I wish there is an option where user could access both :( thank you for your answer.devrims
