Online Services for Microsoft Volume Licensing

So we just got this email and I was wondering if anyone had any general information on it. I know I will be asked and I want to learn more about the services so I can teach the non-technical staff and potentially make a decision on whether or not we move into using online services rather then keep our in house archive solution.

We use Exchange 2010 currently. Am I reading this correctly in that Microsoft is offering us archiving solutions for our current exchange environment or is it something we would need to migrate to? (Office 365).
