Our Exchange server is Windows 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP 2. Within the last week we started seeing a problem. When we create a mailbox for a new or existing user only the Self account is listed when you check Mailbox Rights. What would be causing this? We have not applied any security patches to the OS or server.
