Hello,

we have a problem here with Visio and Open files from our internal DMS (Attlasian Confluence). Not sure if it belongs to Visio or Internet Explorer forum :)

When we click onto an Attached Visio document in Internet Explorer it asks us the default IE Options:

* Open (The file won't be saved automatically)
* Save
* Save as

if we click on "Open" Visio starts loading and throws the error

"https://url"
Visio cannot open the file because it's not a Visio file or it has become corrupted

This only happens on Windows 8.1 and IE11 on our new Surface Pro 3 Tablets. On our normal Workstations with Windows 7 and IE11 we can just click on "open" and the file opens.

If we click save and open the file from the saved location it works without a problem. 

The same process works fine in Chrome/Firefox. Is there a way to tell IE to download and open the file?
