Out Of Office
Hello,I have gota problem between my server Exchange 2007 and the OoO of the user interface Microsoft outlook 2007. Whena user sets the OoO he gets the following error message:Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable. try again laterI have checked my certificates (valid), look for solution on the web but couldn't find any. Could you please help me?

First thing I suspect is .net framework. You may also runtest-outlookwebservices | fl cmdlet and see if you get any error.Install .net framework updates on Exchange server and check the situation.

Grsiggoriz,Follow Amits suggestion and you would like to follow more steps also...Enable diagnostic logging on OOF Assistance and repro the issue.Check the Autodiscovery Service working perfectly fine,Overview of the Autodiscover Service and deployment of Autodiscover service http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124251(EXCHG.80).aspxhttp://support.microsoft.com//kb/940881
Check your certificate on CAS and its reflecting all your email domaion in to it.Check if ASP.NET Role Manager is enabled on exchange.Check the web.config file in EWS virtual directry and search for %ExchangeInstallDir%, and ensure it is pointing to the correct exchange installation directory.Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

Hello Amit and Arun,Thank you very much for your help, I am going to go through the steps you mentionned. However, I would like to precise that users with Outlook 2003 can user their OoO properly.ONLY users with Outlook 2007 cannnot.Thanks again,Graig

Furthermore, please try my troubleshooting steps in this thread, and provide related output if the issue still persist, some steps may duplicate with Amit and Arun J
