Out of Office - Single Message Reply
When a user sets their Out of Office the receipient will receive only one message only.Example: Someone goes on vacation for a month. Their client sends them a message the first day they are away and they receive the OOF message. If the client sends them another message two weeks later they do not receive an out of office reply. Is this by design or not working properly? If so is there a setting to ensure that the client gets a reply for every message? Thanks, Dennis

Hi Dennis, Yes that is by design & it send OOF message once to inform user. You can create a server side rule to give autoreply responce of all mails. Automatically reply to messages http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA102487481033.aspx
