We're running Exchange 2003. Most users using Outlook 2000 or greater. Internal email is handled by exchange but our external email addresses are POP3 hosted by Purehost. The out of office assistant works perfectly for internal emails but external emails don't get a response. I have read lots of posts and the Allow out of office responses is checked for the default message format. I've even tried creating rules but they don't work either. Thanks for any help.

Hi, Did you configure any POP3 connector on the Exchange server in order to keep the connection between the external Pop3 server and Exchange server. Thanks Allen
