Hi Does it work from OWA? Does your autodiscover function work? You can test your autodiscover at the link below https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Do the new users can configure OOF via OWA ? 3. If the users are using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010, please check the error when it try to connect the URL for OOF when he perform “Test E-mail autoconfiguration”. Hi Tony, I suggest you follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem: 1. Please try to browse the OOF URL from IE and then check what will return. If any error return, post the detail error information here. 2. Follow this document to see whether it is the same as you status. If so, please download Hotfix to resolve the problem. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954574 If the problem still persists, please feel free to let me know and I will be glad to help. Best Regards, Evan
