Hi all, I found that one of our email address (for example: abc@abc.com) was display abnormal in Outlook auto complete function. It will store and display like abc <abc1234567>, but after check the user account everything seem normal (include display name, email address). Do any one have the same experience before? Thank you very much

Have you tried deleting it? I mean compose a new email, enter abc, it will display like abc <abc1234567>, just select with arrow keys and press delete.Next time when you send an email to abc@abc.com , it should be ok.-V

thanks for your reply :) But the same issue happen again after i deleted and send email to that account again :( Any other possible solution? Thanks in advance

Per my knowledge, issue may cause by users NK2 file Notes: NK2 file contains data that Outlook needs to automatically fill in data for these sender and recipient field Troubleshooting: 1. Please try to use this small tool to check users name, its a small utility which can display all records in NK2 file 2. Move NK2 file to another location, which can let outlook to recreate it on next startup, and then check issue again NK2- C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
