Outlook

My first time for questions.

I have upgraded to Windows 10 and now I cannot access my Outlook or any emails. I also cannot save anything on my PC. Either I do not have permission or the file is read only.

I have uninstalled windows 10, but everything remains they same - I can  not work on my own PC????????????????

Please someone HELP!!!

What may have been the case for you is that some files did not have the correct permissions. Did you perhaps switch from a local user account to logging on to Windows 10 with a Microsoft Account?
You may want to reset the permissions for your user folder as described in the second part of "PST File access is denied after upgrading to Windows 10"; http://www.msoutlook.info/question/pst-file-access-denied

Hi,

For the Outlook question, please try the following steps and then check if you can access your emails:

1. Browse to the file location where your Outlook data files are stored. By default, the location is:

drive:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

2. Right click on the PST file and choose Properties.

3. Under the Security tab, click the Edit button.

4. Select your user account and give yourself the Full control permission.

5. Click OK. Click OK again.

6. Restart Outlook to see the result.

As for the issue that you cannot save anything on your computer, it's more likely a Windows Client issue. I'd recommend you post a new question in the following forum for further assistance:

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
