Hi. I have a problem with attachment when I send email to some of my contacts. I can send the email, to a friend and they can see it. But when I send the same email to at business contact person, the mail comes through but the attachment does not. It's a simple .jpg or .tiff picture/drawing. Can anybody help me. yours Linda

Hi Linda, Sounds likes the issue related to some restrictions policy was set on the Recipients Exchange server by the IT admin, which can block the big size attachment and some specified file-extension for security consideration. In your Outlook 2003, you were supposed to receive blocked attachment notice. Did you receive it? To narrow down whether if it is a recipient server issue, please use other Email to test more times and check if any attachment can be received by them. By the ways, I would like to know your outlook configuration information. 1. what's the Outlook mode you have configured, Exchange(MAPI) mode, or POP3/SMTP mode? 2. Did you install the Business Contact Manager(BCM) in your Outlook?

Hi Jasonlovetech Thank you for your help - it's was helpfull. Regarding the bolck attachment notice, we got them. And we where able to send the mail with the attachment from another email without the problem, the email came through without problems. We will get in contact whit the reciepients and get them to contact their IT admin to solve the problem sending mails with attachment. We configured our mails adress through a Exchangeserver and we do not use BCM in Outlook 2003. Yours Linda
