Outlook (Office 365 Home) not setting default Reminder Time, results in me missing meetings!
this started happening about a week ago. I have not changed any settings.

Hi,
Does this happen to all your meetings?
Please go to File-> Options-> Tasks, and see if you have checked the option of "Set reminders on tasks with due dates". If not, please tick the checkbox, save the changes, then try again.

yes. its for Appointments in the calendar, not "Tasks"
