As an admin, I am a delegate on both my supervisors' calendars. As a rule, I do not respond or delete the invite from mailbox untilthe message reflects that the actual invitee has accepted or declined. I do this becasue I have been told that the meeting often does not show on their Blackberry if I respond to the invite in my delegate capacity.We are currently using Outlook 2007 (Server Exchange 7) - however, I noticed this issue using older versions as well.Is this a glitch that can be remedied in order for me to be more efficient? Or is this just "the way it is"?Thanks for your help.

Have you tested that out to verify?
