Outlook 13 Upgrade in Progress

Hi,

I have recently installed Outlook 13 and cannot use it due to this upgrade in progress problem,  I have don both the repair options and this does nothing.  My wifes profile on the same computer works correctly.

I am using win 7 and everything else is up to date

Hi,

By the Profile, do you mean a Windows Profile or an Outlook Profile? If you mean Outlook Profile, create a new One for yourself to setup the account, check the result.

Start Outlook as Administrator, check if the problem persists.
