I am currently using Outlook Express to read email, but want to use Outlook 2002 which is registered on my computer. I can send, but I cannot receive - I get a "Operation Failed" message. I have done everything I can to figure out what is going on. I have adjusted settings, etc. I am having no problems sending/receiving mail from Express. -Trena trenadamm@sbcglobal.net
