My apologies for cross-posting Whenever a meeting request is sent to user1, the request is received by user1. The strange thing is that the sender also receives a non-deliverable email indicating that user2 was sent the message. User2 is no longer with the company. This has been going on with Outlook 2000/Outlook 2003. I suspect that the issue may be on the Exchange side as this happens from any PC and only to user1. Any idea how to get rid of user2 as part of the meeting request. It doesn't seem to happen when sending a regular Email to user1. Thanks In Advance
