Outlook 2003 issues
I am having a few issues with Outlook 2003. Not sure if they are relater but here they ar. First I can shut down the program normally (clicking the red x) or by shutting of the computer. In many case on the restart I can a message that it wasn't shut down right and it checks my personal folders for errors. It never finds them but one day it will and I am afriad I will lose data. Next, I can be recieving mail without issues and suddenly I will notice that nothing new has come in over the last hour or two. I click on send/receive and I see it indicate 50% at the bottom and then I get an error message which if you look shows a time out issue. I can have nothing running besides Outlook and a browser window and will still see that message. I close Outlook and restart and the messages will flow in.BUTsometimes when I do this restart Outlook will open to where I see the index of messages and then will shut down without any messages. I would need to click the startup icon a second or even 3rd time to get Outlook to open. Finally I have had a few messages (that I KNOW of) where a recipient tells me they did not get my message. I can see it in the sent folder. There is nothing in the outbox. The person doesn't have it in the spam box. I can take the same message, do a forward and they will get it on the second try. I am afraid of what I sent out that I do not know went out.

b. In the Services tab, click "Hide All Microsoft Services" and click "Disable All"
