I know it's a very old outlook version.

There is a teammailbox that sends internal emails using an email template. Sometimes they do recalls of a message sent using this template.
The problem is, that a recall removes all non read emails sent by this teammailbox, not only the one they would like to recall.

Can someone help me on this issue?
