Outlook 2003 using Charter to only Comcast
When I send an outbound email via Outlook from my charter account to a comcast customer, the comcast Customer does not receive the email. If I send it via webmail, they do. I DO NOT get a bounce back message.I have no idea that the messagewas not received. Charter insists that it is an Outlook issue and that I need to contact Microsoft. Comcast states it is a Charter issue and wants to discuss with Charter but Charter will not respond.
Has anyone experienced this? It has only recently been happening - like the last two-three weeks.
