Outlook 2007-2010 long time open (office365). Very hard problem.
Hello everyone! Original post (2nd post, 1st post) Legend: Initially, all was well. When we moved to the cloud-mails had no problems. Back then there was an old office365 (not blue interface). After 8-12 May of this year, people in the office noticed that the Outlook started long to open. And the problem is only with those who have shared mailboxes. With this problem I am struggling for a long time. On the Internet there is no information. Although another user on the forum (Russian) said that he, too, there is a problem and looking for a solution. Trivial solutions such as delete mail profile, launch the Outlook in safe mode, remove all add-ons, etc. did not help. All versions of the proposed technical support office 365 have been tried and failed. If you work from home via an Outlook, the problem is the same. Therefore, the problem is clearly not the Internet provider or a working infrastructure. I will try to describe the essence of the problem. It is simple. We have a mailbox of John. John wants to work with the info box. So do the general info box (publicly). Through the Office 365 admin panel give full rights to the John info box. All right. John runs the Outlook and after a few minutes it connects automatically synchronize the mailbox info. Brilliant. Prior to that, the Outlook run instantly. And now, after this, restart the Outlook if it will not open immediately, and after 35-40 seconds (the default). When you run the Outlook will be visible image (logo) and the inscription "Loading profile". If the shared mailbox disconnect, then the program will start immediately. I am writing this topic here because I ask the help of local gurus to help understand WHAT it is loaded so long an Outlook. WHERE he asks. Log files I did not really compromised. There are no problems in them. Wireshark showed nothing in the traffic (because it is encrypted). Process Explorer provides a lot of information (if necessary I'll post the logs). According to them the Outlook with the long opening a lot of calls in the system registry. Please help to understand what makes an Outlook so long to open. Let's get started. Thanks in advance. P.S. Forgot to add. In May, we had a migration of our DNS provider domain name. Perhaps this is how it has affected the situation.

Martina, thank you for that answer. Strange that I did not notice this article before. Though something like that flashed when searching for an answer.
I assume that Microsoft vkurse this problem and will soon release a fix for this problem?
Now there is no clear solutions, and there are only certain recommendations. Yes?

The article was published yesterday, so I don't think its strange that you didn't find it.
I got to know about from a tweet so that's why I new about it.

Keep an eye on that KB, cause it will be updated when there is a fix for the problem. In the meantime, I can only recommend you to use the workaround as described there.
