We have had to rebuild both our domain controller and exchange server. Outlook offline files have been backed up. Unfortunately I am not able now to retrieve the ost files as they say the credentials are not correct for the user. Is there any way of either converting the ost file to pst to use as personal folder or somewho giving the new user rights to use this offline folder?
