Outlook 07 on client, exchange 07 on back end. meeting requests go to the users inbox, but after about 5 minutes, they are auto-accepted. i have already un-selected the auto-accept option via OWA, and have also converted user mailbox to a room mailbox, then changed the auto accept (via exchange command), then changed it back to user. it appears to be working, since the meetings are not immediately auto-accepted, but how do i stop the auto-accept after a brief time in the inbox? help!
