Outlook 2007 Calendar Delegation issue
I have a user who is the delegate of a senior manager for his calendar. When she sends or replies to calendar events using her boses name, they go and get delivered fine. But when she tries to send using her name in the from: line she gets
the following return email

I know this sounds easy, but have you checked the recipient to see if there are actually any message delivery restrictions?

I have and it happens with random emails, there is no pattern except that it only happens when the user user her own from: email

When you said “Random”, do you mean the recipient can receive the message from delegate but not always?
Please verify if the e-mail address that delegate entered in the “From” field is the primary e-mail address
Please enter the recipient e-mail address manually in the “To” field, instead of using autocomplete feature
Please check if the issue still appears when the delegate sends the mail to the same recipient via OWA

When I say Random I mean sometimes the recipient will recieve the calendar event and sometimes the delegate will recieve a systems notification.
If I am understanding you the messege has to come from the delegator in the "From" field and not the delegate. is this correct

You said “when she tries to send using her name in the from”, I mean her e-mail address when I said delegateJames Luo
