I have several users running Outlook 2007. We pull mail from a POP3, and currently have Leave on Server for 2 days. If we do not, sometimes it kills the file before the Blackberry can get it and send it out. Every so often, the users get duplicate emails. Not all users get them and not all the time. It has been going on for a while, and I cannot find a resolution for it. Any help??

You are using POP account to connect the exchange? Which exchange version do you use? Which type of item has always been duplicated, calendar, message or receipt?
