Outlook 2007 Inbox not available
Hello - I have a user running Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2010. When this user opens Outlook they receive a message that says "The Operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. The user then
cannot access any email in their INBOX, however, they can access all other folders and sub folders. I had the user logon to another PC and the same thing happens, so I'm thinking this resides on the server side.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

According to this error solely, the issue seems more likely to be a client machine problem, as the error information explained itself
You asked user to create new mail profile on another working machine, and the issue still appear?
Could the problematic user access the mailbox via OWA normally?
Please check if there’s any error event on the CAS server after reproduce the issueJames Luo
