Hi All, I have a CCR setup with 2 win 2008 sp2 DCs and 2 CAS/HT/Um servers. All client versions are outlook 2007. when the faileover happens all the outlook 2007 are prompted for login credentials. But the credentials are not accepted. It has to be canclled and seletct need password outlook iconon the right bottom cornor.swamy

Do you have the latest Exchange and Outlook SPs and rollups applied?Especially important is the Outlook updates:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974982Office 2007 Cumulative Update for August 2009

I listed it because SP2 has important changes to how Outlook performs, opens and closes as described here - changes that will helpfor this issue:http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=968009( You should apply the post SP2 updates and ensure Exchange is fully updated as well.)
