This seems like a common problem but I've tried all of the solutions I've found online. My co-worker is running Outlook 2007 on Windows XP and uses an IMAP account.

Every time he opens Outlook, his autocomplete seems to be reset. He's not a very good typer so he prefers having autocomplete.

Yes, the "suggest names" setting is on in mail options. I've tried unselecting it, closing, opening and re-selecting it.

I can't even find the .nk2 file in AppData at all (obviously hidden files are set to show) to rename or delete.

What other options are there?
