Outlook 2007 calendar items in SMTP retry queue
I have read articles about this same subject but the thing that gets me is the patch is older than the installed files.
the patch is 6.5.7653.5
we are 6.5.7654.12
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938650
I do not see any reference to what to do if you have files that supersede the patch level.
Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks

No, the event is 8217. I have not turned up the logging.
I called PSS to see what they have to say wondering if it is now the registry change that fixes it.
Tks

Please perform EXBPA to do a health check regarding the issue. If it is appropriate, I also suggest that you perform Isinteg and offline defrag on the
problem database to ensure the database is health.
Note: Please backup the database firstly before you performing the above steps.
