We are having an issue with only one client which is his email password is not working on his Outlook 2007 but works when we try accessing the OWA. I have also tested his email account on my computer and still the same, outlook is asking to enter password again.

Which account type did he use?

Please check the Account Settings:

1. click Tools -> Account Settings...'

2. on the "E-mail" tab,  select the account and double click;

3. check your configuration and let us know the test account settings' result.

If it persits, Please create a new profile and add this account for test:

He is using a POP3 Email account. I already compare his email settings and other working email settings and still the same, outlook is still asking for Password.
