Outlook 2007 sending Blank Emails to some recipients!
Greetings!
I will describe my issue briefly.
When I send email to some recepients, they receive it as blank with the subject only, some of them receives only the attachments without the words that I wrote inside the email.
This just started to happen today, and I can know who receives the blank email by viewing the sent items, because it saves a copy of that email.
I noticed something, that when I click on the sent email, and try to forward it, it shows the original words, but if I send it again from the sent items, it remains blank as it saved.
Can you help me to find this issue and rectify it!
Thank you in advance
Ashraf

Clarify: Recipient got blank message which shall have content from affected client
Collect info for better analysis:
1. Version: Windows client OS
2. Affected scope: Are you the only one who has this symptom?
3. Which type of mail account do you use? (Exchange, POP3 or IMAP)
4. Which type of recipient will receive blank mail? (External or Internal, or Both)
5. Which outlook mode do you use? (Cache mode or Online mode)
6. Who provide this mail service? (Local ISP, company)
7. Does blank mail only been received by particular recipients? (some recipients always received your blank mail, the other can always get mail fine)
8. Is there any error or warning info in affected PCs application log?
Troubleshooting:
1. Send mail to those recipient who got blank mails by using Web, like OWA, see if they still got blank mail. If recipient can get mail with content, we could isolate cause to outlook. On the contrary, if recipient still got blank mails in this condition, we shall consider the possibility that the issue was caused by server or recipient side
2. Or you can set your mail account to another testing PC, and then send a testing mail to the recipient who got blank mails. If recipient can get correctly, we narrow down the cause to your PC.
If recipient can get mail correctly in two steps above, OK, we confirm that cause is your PC, please use the following steps
3. Disable firewall temporarily and open outlook in safe mode to mail
<Start->run->outlook /safe>
Notes: Outlook will disable all 3rd-party Add-ins effect in safe mode for testing, so if you can send mail properly, you can determine the cause is 3rd-party Add-in
Workaround:
1. Confirm recipients outlook version, theres similar symptom that happened between different Outlook version, like 2k3 to XP
2. Found in other case that the issue can be solved simplyby recreatingmail profile

I am having the same problem. I have users that are on outlook 07 and they are getting blank emails, Not all emails just some, they dont have AVG running, i have disable all Plug in's. Now if they do not have there client open , OWA will show the emails with the full body text, but as soon as they bring up the client, the body is empty. i have searched hi and low and no one has a answer, But there are a lot of post out there with the same problem.
