Outlook 2007 sent items show LegacyexchangeDN
Hi guys, We had encountered this problem as the user sent items in the outlook will show the sender LegacyexchangeDN rather than the Display name, if the mail were forwarded from the sent item the LegacyexchangeDN will shown to the recipient as well, we are using exchange 2007 SP1 and the legacyexchangedn is the same when checked using ADexplorer. Before this it happen on a user but now seems like the problem had spread to many users, and the troubleshooting we had done so far is remove the oab and redownload again no go, remove the NK2 file no go, we tried to recreate the profile it is able to work and also if we uncheck the cache mode in outlook it will work as well, but there are a lot of users involve so would like to know the root cause and if is coming from exchange and able to solve it rather than to recreate the profile for each and every users. Need help and advice on this. Thank a lot guys.

What version of Outlook that do you use. Try to rename .nk2 file and .ost file

Hi, I recommend you first apply the service pack 2 for Exchange 2007. Service Pack 2 for Exchange Server 2007 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4c4bd2a3-5e50-42b0-8bbb-2cc9afe3216a&displaylang=en Then test to see if the issue is resolved.
