Outlook 2007 shared mailbox read status
Is it possible in Outlook 2007 connected with Exchange 2007 to have several users connected to the same mailbox having each there reading status. I want that every user reads every mail, but by default the reading status of the mail change when the first user read it.
Thanks...

I don't think what you are describing is possible. Why not create a distribution list and have the emails delivered to each individual's mailbox.

We are developping something with Exchange and Outlook it's easier for us to have a single instance of the message and work with it. We're trying to made some test with WSS, but there are some questions pending answers about this new possibility.
Thanks for your help.

Create a rule on the mailbox to copy all incoming messages to a sub folder for each user that needs to access the mailbox. All users would then be able to work the copied message any way they'd like.
No concern for space since single instance storage will keep only one copy of the email in the database.

That could a good solution, but we need each person to be able to modify the message, for exemple, the category and have everyone view there category updated. Same for the reply status and everything. Everyone needs to know what happend with the message.
