I have a strange problem using Outlook 2007. Our Outlook client is connecting with Exchange 2007 When the option Cache-mode is enabled Outlook hangs by synchronizing hierarchywhen I hit Send/Recieve *( for about 40 sec ) When I disable cached mode the problem is solved. Does anyone knows what is happening?

Ditto -I also have the same problem! Everything seems to work OK but irritating that it hangs for a while and then an error symbol. Someone at Microsoft must know the answer surely.
