can you receive external emails from webmail interface? if not, you'll need to contact your admin to get further help.

do you have control of the mail server?

or its hosted by third party?

Could you explain a little more about your enviroment??

It could be that your email is not created in messagelabs if you have such a setup? I recently had a user that was facing the same problem, turns out her email address was not created in messagelabs. after I did that everything worked fine.
