Hello,
I have 25 users who are experiencing same issue with shared mailbox on Ex2010 with Outlook 2010 (some on SP1)
We have configured Shared Mailbox A, we also have security group B which is assigned with Full Access on mailbox A. I am member of security group B. No one shouldn't Send On Behalf or Send As mailbox A - mailbox A is used only to share emails etc.
If I try to send email which is stored in mailbox A, I get following error:
You don't have permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user
I've checked "From" field and it has my Exchange account in it. I've tried to update office to SP1 - didn't help. Tried to delete OAB files and resync address book - didn't help. Tried to recreate Outlook profile - didn't help. Ive tried support.microsoft.com/kb/2546733 and support.microsoft.com/kb/2518195 and it didnt help :D
There are two workarounds:
1. From "From" field re-choose :) my account and send email.
2. Save email in my Drafts (or any other) folder.
Does anyone have solution to this issue?
I would appreciate any help :)
Thanks!
Alesandro
