I'm experiencing the error message while creating or configuring a new account on Outlook. I've already applied the excludehttpsrootdomain registry key with no difference.

I'm currently setting up an enterprise office 365 account on an Outlook 2010 setup on a server 2003 machine.  Any other options please to look at or updates to apply?

How did you configure your outlook? Is it an Exchange account or other type of account? Could you please provide the detailed error message for us to narrow down the possible cause?

For SSL Libraries error, it could be related the MAPI over HTTP protocol, The error message can be stopped if MAPI over HTTP is disabled on the desktop computer or by disabling the MSO Authentication.

Please follow below steps to disable MAPI over HTTP

• Disable MapiHttpDisabled

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange

DWORD: MapiHttpDisabled

Value: 1

• Disable MSO Auth

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange

 DWORD: MsoAuthDisabled

 Value: 1

Besides disable MAPI over HTTP, we can also try clear the ssl cache (clear ssl state in IE), please let me know the result, thank you.
