Hi Dennis,
I'm not sure what happened to these messages, but you may try to print them by opening them in the other broswer, or edit the message to remove these redundant spaces before printing. To do so, when you reading the message, click Actions -> Edit message/View in Broswer.
To perform a deeper trouble shooting, please send the original message to us so we can try to find out what is going on with your messages.
You can send them as attachment to my e-mail: icff@live.cn
I have the same very annoying problem with Outlook 2003. It is not a matter of redundant spaces.
The messages are HTML and are shifted right in the View Pane (view pane on bottom) such that the right part of the message is cut off.
Or the message is centered with too wide a width that does not correspond to the smaller actual width of the view pane.
If you open the message it displays properly. The problem occurs on Windows 7 and Windows 8.
It is hard to say what is going on without seeing the actual HTML source of the message. Are these newsletters?
It could be caused by the sender using HTML properties which are not supported in the Reading Pane.
