Outlook 2010 Font changes when sending an email.

I have looked at other posts and did not see one that relates to my issue.

Here is what happens to a user.  He has Office 2010 installed.

He receives an email from someone.  He copies text from this email and pastes it into a new email.  He makes changes/additions to this new email.  All of it looks great.

He is Cc: on the email.  So, when he looks at it after he receives it, the text he entered has changed.  It seems to default to Times New Roman.

I have gone in and changed his Stationary and Fonts, to be all "Courier New" size 10.

With the last problem email, I went through the email source.  I found that the tag in front of the text was a CSS class. Looking at the class, it uses the Times New Roman Font.  

Why would it do that?  What are my options?

Hi,

When you paste the text to email, do select Merge Formatting or Keep Text only option.
