Outlook 2010 additional Voting Buttons in a meeting request

For example I want make a meeting "Lunch" and in innovation I want voting buttons like "I eat meet", "Im a vegetarian" ...

I know how to this in an e-mail but I can't find this voting buttons when I make a meeting. I tried to customize the ribbon but dont found the right command.

Is it possible to do that ?

Hi, Based on my experience, voting buttons are not supported on meeting requests, probably because they would get in the way of the Accept/Decline buttons. However, you can do nearly the same thing by creating the meetings in the calendar, then save each meeting as an ICS file on the hard drive. Send the invitees a message with each of the ICS files attached and instructions to choose the meeting they want to attend.
