Outlook 2010 calendar appointments
We recently updated from 2003 Outlook to 2010. 2003 allowed us to put appointments on others calendars with the options for them to accept/decline or reschedule. While we can make appointments this option is not available or at least we have not been able to duplicate. We use a 2010 exchange server with Outlook 2010. Thanks for any help!

When you create a new appointment at the top there is a button to invite attendees. Once you have sent the appointment out to those you have invited it will show up on their calendars.

I understand your issue the office I work in has also upgraded to outlook 2010. we have not been able to find a resolution to this issue either. At this time the users creating the invites on the toe other users cal add that person as a mandatory attendee so they also receive a appointment notification in the e-mail inbox. hope this helps Network+,Security+,NCSA,MCTS,MCPS,And MCITP
