Hi all,
I've recently come across a interesting problem that I am struggling to find an answer for. I have a setup whereby the users cannot use outlook in cached mode due to their virtualized network setup.
What's happening? - When the users book a meeting room that is already booked out, the users are receiving an auto decline message from the room in both their OWA and local Outlook however, there is one difference. In the OWA the message contains specific reasons for the conflict in the body of the mail whereas in the local Outlook 2010 client, the conflict information is not displayed in the body of the email.
I have confirmed that when cached mode is enabled in the local Outlook client that this body text appears.
I know I can't be the only person to have come across this and wondered if anyone has a solution to this?
