Environment Outlook 2010 SP1 , Exchange 2010 SP3 RU6

When user send a message from a shared mailbox , the user faces the error message

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server:

/O=Company/OU=ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=user
#MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=company:server[578:0x000004DC:0x0000001D] #EX#

The user does not face the issue in outlook web app or another machines.

The user is having full mailbox access and send as permission on the shared mailbox.

Address book is downloaded and nk2 file issue is not there.

Profile reconfiguration resolves the issues.

Any new ideas.

Is this new user??  Sometimes it take some time to propagate permissions to new users

This is not a new user but 5 -6 users have started reporting the issue.

The permissions were assigned 2 days back

Hello,

This issue is only noticed in outlook locally on the laptop.

In citrix this issue is not observed by same user

Both the outlook versions are same in citrix and local

Hence this is entered in outlook forum
